[ fidelio's just hanging out in the lobby of the mansion for a bit after the angels' introduction, still working his way through the profiles on his phone, and glances up when anders passes by. (he's still shaking his head at the human thing inwardly.) ]

So, would you count those three as spirits?

[ he is also slowly going through these profiles, frowning. ]

It's how they've described themselves, isn't it? Angels are apparently some type of spirit, according to some of the others.

They've deemed themselves in charge at least.

W0 - MONDAY

[ happy week zero. anders can be found wandering around the new area, outside mostly - up near the lighthouse. taking in the views and stuff. nice weather and all. ]

It's a good view, actually.

Shame we can't get the better view up there.

W1 - Monday

[ IT SURE HAS BEEN A FUCKING DAY

well anders will be hanging around Whoville until pretty late at night, when it's actually quieter and calmer and there aren't skeletons everywhere. ]

Jarring, after everything that just happened this weekend.

[ yeah you sure have had a day, haven't you...

fidelio's has been a lot less dramatic, but still bizarre — at the moment, his usual paripus features have been replaced with those of a different tribe, though it's not so obvious in the dark (and it's hardly the most alarming of the transformations anyone has seen today anyway). ]

I've got nothin' against tryin' to raise spirits after a tragedy, but they didn't exactly make it a delicate transition.

[ lively funeral celebrations are a big part of paripus culture, but those don't involve surrounding people with fake skeletons...... ]

w1, friday

[ at some point on his way back from the library, fidelio will come over to anders, shaking his head. ]

Expectations were already low, and it managed to turn out even worse.

[ anders, meanwhile, is glowing. cracks across his skin that burn with a eerie blue light, pulsing dimly. fun! ]

We will be tasked with seeking justice again. This time for two.

[ he'd decided against tracking anders down at the trial yesterday, figuring it'd probably be better to give him some breathing room until things were over; but after execution, fidelio will head over to his room to check in.

he doesn't take long to answer the door - just getting up and opening it and then going back to what he was doing - which is apparently sorting his belongings. gesturing like he can just come in.

burns run aross his arms and hands - both ice and fire, and a few specks on his face, but they're bandaged up by now. and there's the various bruises from being bashed around, raccoon eyes deep and dark. not to mention the deep, red strangulation marks. there are those. ]

I'm organizing.

W2 - MONDAY

[ hey del were you minding your own business. too bad. this thang is now striding up and clearly on a mission. he's skinny, he's blonde, he has a gay little earring. he looks about sixteen or seventeen and is trying to grow the worlds shittiest beard (not very successfully) (its basically invisible). ]

I'm bored.

[ well, the funhouse was not where we were trying to go when we opened that door, but now we sure are here, and there's a memory (1:16:24 - 1:19:04) playing across the mirrors that leaves fidelio frowning, though he doesn't make any move to try to stop it from playing or change anything within it. ]

anders watches this and his gaze flicks over to Fidelio, watching for his reaction. honestly it's not as if Fidelio was in any way wrong here - it's interesting though, to see him in this context. ]

This is the man you were telling me about before, isn't it? The one who would be king.
