[ okay he feels so fucking awful and everyone is so sad, but the way they immediately agree without even asking what it is fills him with a sense of friendship that makes it hard to not smile a little about it. ]
Careful, I could be about to confess my undying love.

... It may seem small, but God has proposed we send letters to the Entity. Distract it. Keep it in place, so it is easier to find.
[ he trusts them both to do what they think is right. if he disagrees with the methods, he'll say so. ]
...Huh. Hadn't really thought about trying to contact it directly. Trashed it in a couple of letters figuring it'd be spying on 'em anyway, but... s'pose that means we can just send any letter at all and trust it'll read it, yeah? Don't actually have to know who to address it to.
How'd you address it? Wonderin' if it'd be better to address them to different people so it feels obligated to open 'em and read.
[ coming full circle and making the oocly mislabelled mail relevant..... ]
If it's obvious from a glance at the envelope that it's intended for it specifically, it might just start ignoring those if it gets annoyed. If they're addressed to someone else, it makes it that much more of a chore for it to go through every legitimate letter and censor it. Might make it get sloppier too.
