[ swinging by the cafe sometime after the introduction... though he would tell himself he was here for coffee, he still ends up spending a long time standing in front of the dessert case, again. debating if he really wants to be disappointed by the taste of them, again. ]
I dunno, one of them little fruit tarts, maybe? Should be simple enough to cut in half. If you got somethin' you want, though, go with that. I don't feel that strongly about it.
[ unless she picks something that already disappointed him, then he'll veto it. ]
[ which he'll go around to get, and— ah. right. didn't actually do the introduction thing, did they? actually seems a little redundant now that their names are out there in writing for everyone to see, but. sure. ]
[ oh good, that's a relief to see. it's sort of embarrassing that she's making that big a deal out of this dress... but it's nice too, and he does smile a little. ]
You really don't have to thank me that much, it's not like I actually spent money or nothin'. Glad you like it, though.
Been all right, aside from... you know, all the obvious terrible things that have been happening the whole time.
[ i.e. this entire game
also would you want to punch me if i revived a thread from over a month ago because i flaked hard but i want that lore lmao ]

It weren't great, that's for sure. Havin' to deal with the same inevitable cycle every week just got depressing after a while.
What all did you do over there anyway? And— how'd you see us, actually? Was it like, a security camera thing?
Yeah, something like that. We watched you through TVs..... on Saturdays and Sundays, we would gather up to watch trial and execution together as a group. But otherwise.... a lot of the same things you guys did? We had a party, and Wednesday things to go.... Thursday things happened.... we played with our chao. That sort of thing.Though, at times, there was a lot of... tension... what with, um, who ended up there.

[ she prefers being polite anyway... ]
What do think of our, er, hosts? And their plan for redemption?

[ frowns as he puts the tart on a plate. ]
...Not sure, to be honest. Seems too good to be true, the goin' back part.

That your aim, then? Go back to hell?

From Heaven.
... They have an army of exorcist angels, and they sent them to kill my people. And me.
[ makes things a little awkward, doesn't it? ]
no subject
Shite. Like— from here, or... some other Heaven?
[ he doesn't know enough about multiverse theology to know where to start with this. ]
no subject
Another Heaven.... I think... I hope.
[ since this is week 0 she has no idea if they're separate or not, she is just going based on vibes ]

Well, you spent effort on it! And it's nice to dress up differently every once in a while. [ since she usually wears a tuxedo ]
Yeah, the terrible things... We could see them happening from our end, but actually experiencing everything must have been so much worse.
