heaven: pre-opening

Welcome to the opening of the newly remodelled bar, now a proper tavern with a full restaurant! Basilio and Fidelio are both dressed up nicely for the occasion and happy to greet you! Eupha and Yves get to be seated and place their orders first as the VIPs of the day, followed by Jiaoqiu and Taair. Enjoy the best cooking Euchronia has to offer!

Sometime after everyone has their food, Fidelio will go to the stage and pick up the microphone to sing a song — he's no Tony Bennett, but he has a nice voice and puts a lot of feeling into it (though he'll get a little pink and turn the other way if you look at him too long, stop that).

[ oh he is SO delighted by this, awwheuhghhhh. he wanders in, orders whatever basilio decides is best, and sits happily. you can get very, very fond emotions coming off him in waves. and something kind of bittersweet, but mostly sweet. ]

Pretty sure it's all thanks to Gabe more than anythin'. They're the one who let us have the space.

I mean, we're not technically open yet but-- it'll be nice to have people in here. Tryin' new recipes, all that kinda stuff.

Do you mind if I offer a dish or two? It might be nice to be able to help feed people without fear of being toyed with.

Far as I'm concerned, you can go in the kitchen whenever you want. Reckon Gabe won't have an issue with it either.

he’s gonna just let jiaoqiu have a wander and get used to the layout when they’re in the kitchen. where the counters and obstacles are. ]

[ he's also really happy about it!! these are probably the most positive emotions anyone will ever feel from him given what a stressed out mess he usually is. ]

Yeah, we just described what we had in mind and made a list of things we needed, Gabriel made it actually happen.

Won't turn down the compliment, though.
